Return & Exchange Policy 

• Returns and exchanges, other than manufacturing defects, must be made within 30 days of purchase.

• Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product has no wear & tear and is in brand new condition. 

• If the return is buyer discretion, the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping.

• Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed once returned to our facility. An email will be sent when the return or exchange is received.

Warranty

Netix Fitness Products offers a 90-day warranty on material and workmanship defects. Within the 90-day warranty period, your Netix bag will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Please note that punctures, scratches and normal wear & tear is not protected in this warranty.
